Canine Osteopathy with Mandy Fischer

  • Cliffe Osteopaths 23 Cliffe High Street Lewes, England, BN7 2AH United Kingdom (map)

Mandy trained as an osteopath at the European School of Osteopathy in 1997 having started her working life as a nurse. She has always loved dogs and now combines her human practice with a canine one.

What is Canine Osteopathy?

Osteopathy can be effective in helping to manage conditions of the musculo-skeletal system in dogs, as well as humans. Symptoms may manifest as stiffness, changes in gait or performance, or behavioural changes in response to pain, such as a reluctance to go out for a walk. This can be caused by a specific injury, for example, or may be due to age-related wear and tear in joints.
